Our interpretation of mulled wine presents as a hedonistic mix of fruit cake, poached pears and burnt honey. Propped up by warming background notes of mace, clove and allspice, the drink is robust, but floral and elegant at the same time. Expect a bone dry finish, similar to a good vermouth.

Sip it as a replacement for Port, in front of a fireplace, or enjoy it chilled at an outdoor table - the Winter edition is beautifully textured and allows for versatility.
